Current "Hot" Topics
  • Pool: The pool generally opens on Memorial Day weekend, and remains open until Labor Day Weekend.  The hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm.  To have access to the pool and clubhouse, you must be current on your association dues. Click here for the current pool rules.
  • Burning: No open burning of any kind is allowed in the neighborhood as per the covenants.  Contained burning in decorative fire pits or chimineas is allowed.
  • Parked Cars: Please be courteous when parking cars, especially on Valleyside Drive, since it is a main thoroughfare.  The number of cars parked on the street and sidewalk can become a nuisance and a hazard.  This may be a good opportunity to clean out your garage.  If your driveway has room, you should not be parking on the street on a regular basis.
  • Lawn Care: Please take care of your yard.  This includes cutting weeds down and edging your grass along the sidewalk.
  • Painting House: Many houses are in need of repainting.  See the Classifieds page for a contact.
  • Trailers: Parking trailers in the community is not allowed.

  • Most Often-Asked Questions

Q: How Do I Rent the Clubhouse?
A: Contact Rodney McCanham at 678-485-2924.  The clubhouse is $35.00 to rent with a $150.00 deposit that will be returned to you after your event if the clubhouse is cleaned.  Download the application and cleaning checklist.

Q: How do I Repair, Repaint, or Replace my Mailbox?
A: It is the responsibility of each homeowner to maintain your mailbox and post. Per our current covenants, mailboxes must be black and plain. The posts must have the leaf logo, etched lines, and street address sandblasted into it, and be painted an off-white color.
